Brussels' Flower Carpet

Every two years in the capital of Belgium, is the acclaimed Brussels' Flower Carpet. This year's theme was a Turkish Uşak carpet pattern made with 600,000 begonias to mark the 50th anniversary of the Turkish immigration in Belgium.

The carpet's astonishing length was 75 meters (246 ft) long and 25 meters (82 ft) wide. 120 people volunteered for the 4 long days of assembly.
